Kate Arnold Wines is a wine company based in Athens that primarily operates through three-tier distribution and aims to grow its direct-to-consumer program. During my internship, I was responsible for the company’s email marketing efforts, including drip campaigns executed through email marketing.

In this role, I implemented a series of automated email workflows through Mailchimp, the company’s existing email marketing platform. After exploring Mailchimp’s automation offerings and integrations, I developed and launched welcome, post-purchase follow-up, and cart recovery automations designed to improve customer engagement and retention.
